One of the most notable names in corporate law is the shareholder and founding partner of the Agdeppa & Associates, P.C. is Pernell B. Agdeppa. The firm caters on corporate issues like personal bankruptcy, real estate and other corporation services.
Prior to the foundation of Agdeppa & Associates, P.C., Pernell Agdeppa was employed as an Assistant Counsel and Project Manager for the SE Corporation. This company offers services in the field of real estate development, entitlement and land planning. There, he drafted purchases and sale agreements to support SE Corporation in acquisition, development, and disposition of raw and entitled land properties. His other assignments include the establishment of Community Facilities District N0. 2002-1 (DOS Lagos) in Corona City on September of 2005. He helped in obtaining new construction investments for the firms’ chief project which is the planning of a 543-acre mixed-use community. He also led the agreement, acquisition, and foundation of different vacant lots within the Western Riverside Country area.
He became the President and Chief Executive Officer of a real estate corporation based in Southern California, named SkyReach Realcorp. The said company acquired licensed from the California Department of Real Estate after it was formally established on August of 2007. SkeReach’s major aim is to stand as broker in the purchase and sale of residential properties in Southern California.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from San Diego State University in 1997. He also received a Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 2004.
Pernell B. Agdeppa graduated from San Diego State University in 1997, where he got his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. And it was in 2004 that he achieved Juris Doctor at the Southwestern University of Law. Today, he is working with the Resolution Law Group, P.C.
