Food Intolerances lead to such conditions as nasal congestion and stuffiness, headaches, fatigue, rashes, stomach aches, hyperactivity and behaviour problems. Food intolerances can be tested with an ELISA blood test. These conditions will not kill you, but they certainly deplete your quality of life.
Intolerance Or Allergy? How You Can Tell the Difference
A food intolerance can present itself as many symptoms, making a diagnosis difficult. It usually presents as migraine, abdominal disturbances including nausea, bloating and diarrhoea. If any symptoms become cause for concern, see your doctor as soon as possible.
