The UEFA Champions League is finally reaching the phase of great 16. Some great clubs are remaining to show who the best in Europe is. They are all great and having good performance, both in champions league and the domestic league. On of the biggest theme on the second round UEFA Champions League in the season of 2009- 2010 is the battle between Italy and English. These two countries give two big battles between two big teams from each. The battles are between the red devil of the England, Manchester United (MU), and also ‘the red devil’ of Italy, AC Milan. The next battle is between British’s the blues, Chelsea, and Italian the blues, Internationale Milan (Inter Milan). The two battles will pay more public attention than others.
This article is going to talk about the revenge mission of the AC Milan. As we have already known, the first match between ac Milan and Manchester united had already played in Milan with the result of 2-3 for the winning of MU. This becomes the big matter for Milan since they lost at their own home. The great burden is on AC Milan’s side now since they should win in the second match that will be played in the United’s home, Old Trafford. The burden is getting higher since they shall win the game with the minimum of 2-0 to win the aggregate or the total of the goals they made. The lost at the home makes AC Milan have the revenge mission to win the second match and bring Milan to step forward to the phase of big eights. While it is being a big problem for AC Milan, it’s different with MU that will have the advantages of playing at their home in Old Trafford. Moreover, they have advantage in the way that they scored three away goals. It will reduce their burden to win the second match. Actually, the draw result is enough for MU to step forward. The first match that they won with the score of 2-3 will make them lead one goal to AC Milan. This makes them very optimistic to win the second because the will play in Old Trafford.
